Terms of use
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms apply when you create an account or use the Pdfmadeazy Library. By signing up, you agree to them.
The service
The library lets subscribers read books online in a web browser. A subscription gives you a licence to read for the period you paid for. It does not transfer ownership of any book or any right to copy or distribute it.
Your account
- Each account is for one person. Do not share your login details.
- Give accurate information and confirm your email address.
- You may be signed in on up to 2 devices at once. Signing in on another device signs out the oldest session.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password private.
What you may not do
- Copy, download, photograph, screenshot for distribution, print, or otherwise reproduce books.
- Share, resell or publish books or your account access.
- Try to bypass or remove the reading protections, watermarks or device limits.
- Use automated tools to collect pages.
Pages are watermarked and we record sign-ins and reading activity so that we can detect sharing and protect the publishers’ work. See our privacy policy.
Plans and payment
- Prices are in Nigerian naira and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Paystack.
- Access starts when your payment is confirmed.
- Every individual plan is a single payment. It gives access for the period shown (7, 31 or 93 days) and does not renew automatically. You can buy again when 7 days or fewer remain, and the new time is added to what is left.
- If we change a price, the new price applies to your next purchase.
Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
Suspension and ending access
We may suspend or end an account, without refund, if these terms are broken, in particular where an account is shared or used to copy books. We will tell you why when we can.
Books and availability
We add and sometimes remove books. We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free.
School and organization access
If your access comes from a school or organization, it follows that organization’s agreement with us. Its administrators can see your name, email and reading activity, and can revoke your access.
Schools pay by invoice for a number of seats and a period. Access starts when we confirm payment and runs to the end date shown, plus a short grace period. Unpaid invoices lapse after 30 days. A renewal adds its period after the current end date.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the library. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions: contact us.
